Can you support a site you did not build?

Often, yes. I will review the setup first and flag any risks, limitations or work that falls outside my specialisms.

Do you offer monthly retainers

Yes, where there is a steady amount of useful work. Ad hoc support or prebooked blocks may suit occasional changes better.

How much does WordPress support cost?

It depends on the arrangement, whether that is a monthly retainer, a prebooked block of hours, or one off tasks quoted individually. I will recommend whichever suits how often you actually need help.

Can you provide emergency support?

Availability for urgent work depends on the arrangement already in place. Ongoing clients are easier to prioritise quickly because I already know the site however I always try to help when I can so please get in touch and I’ll try help as best I can
